How long does it take to ship my order?
Any order placed by 3:30EST will be shipped that same day. From 3:30-5 we will ship as many orders as possible. If we don’t have what you want in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. The only exception is orders being shipped truck freight (a body kit for example) because they require extra packaging those orders should be placed by noon EST.
How many days does it take to receive my order?
Both UPS and Fed-Ex have a chart showing how many business days (Monday-Friday) are required to ship to your area. These maps are shown on our website. For example – if you are located in an area that is listed as 2 days and we ship your package on Monday you would receive it on Wednesday. Of course if you need faster then normal delivery we can ship next day air, 2 day air, and 3 day select for an additional charge.
can you send complete bodies, aluminum sheets and other large items?
Yes. Some large items (like bodies) must be shipped via truck freight. We have several trucking companies that handle those orders. We shop around to find the absolute best rate for your shipment when the order is placed.

What are your prices?
In most cases our normal selling price is significantly less than the manufacturers suggested selling price. We are constantly vigilant to ensure that our prices are the most competitive in the industry. No one can be the cheapest on everything every time, however we work hard to give you fair prices on top quality products all the time. Our online store has the lowest possible prices.
how do I get to your store?
BRC is conveniently located next to or near several major highways in sunny South central Pennsylvania.
1. From the North, take Interstate 81 South to Exit 90. At the top of the exit ramp turn left. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right onto PA Route 72 South. Go 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Bordnersville Road. The BRC parking lot and showroom are on your right.
2. From the South, take Interstate 81 north to exit 90. At the top of the exit ramp turn left. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right on to PA Route 72 South. Go 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Bordnersville Road. The BRC parking lot & showroom are on your right.
3. From the West, take the PA turnpike East to the Carlisle exit. After passing through the toll booth get on Rt 11 North. Go approximately 3 miles to I-81 interchange. Merge onto I-81 North. Take I-81 to Exit 90. At the top of the exit ramp turn left. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right onto PA Route 72 South. Go 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Bordnersville Road. The BRC parking lot and showroom are on your right.
4. From the East, take I-78 West until it ends. At the end of I-78 merge onto I-81 north. Take I-81 North. Take I-81 to Exit 90. At the top of the exit ramp turn left. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right onto PA Route 72 South. Go 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Bordnersville Road. The BRC parking lot and showroom are on your right.
How do I pay for my order?
BRC offers many payment options
- We accept many credit cards including Visa/Discover/MasterCard. (Sorry we do not accept American Express) For you convenience we would be happy to keep your credit card information on file for future orders or you can supply the information each time you order.
- You can prepay your order via money order or cashiers check.
- We can ship your order COD. You would be required to be at home for your delivery and pay with a money order or certified check. Sorry no cash COD’s.
- Truck orders cannot be shipped COD and must be prepaid.
can I return the products I have purchased?
We at BRC want to make your experience with us smooth and trouble free. The following explains our return policy in detail.
- After a part is installed it cannot be returned.
- A copy of he original invoice must be included
- The part must be in or with the original manufacturers package.
- Returns for credit must be made within 30 days.
- Special orders cannot be returned
- Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a re-box charge
- Warranty merchandise is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer
- We will only credit or replace after the manufacturer approves it.
- FRT the manufacturer will be billed to you.
Can I order items other then what are on the online store?
